Is it ok/suggested or not to use some of your same keywords you used in the title and backend keywords inside the description area??

You can use keywords that you used in your book title or backend keywords in your book description. Obviously the book description on Amazon is not a place to keyword stuff. So any words used should make sense as part of the descritpion and or bullet points.
