Issues with Puzzle Book Downloads and Trim Size Changes

Hi everyone,

I’m having some trouble with downloading puzzle books after purchasing a bundle just the day before yesterday. I’ve tried multiple times, but nothing’s working. The only one I was able to download (created on the same day) keeps changing its trim size, which is really frustrating.

I also created a support ticket about this, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone else faced similar issues? I’m considering asking for a refund if this can’t be resolved soon, but I wanted to check if there’s anything I might be missing or if anyone has had a fix for this kind of problem.

Please create one more support ticket. I will make sure this is resolved. I am surprised it is not already. We usually handle all requests and bugs very very rapidly.

Io ho avuto una pessima esperienza purtroppo. Il pacchetto puzzle non ha funzionato correttamente e non sono riuscita a realizzare un progetto finito e che fosse tutto uguale con conseguente perdita di tempo. Il sito dava spesso errore ed era inutilizzabile, soprattutto utilizzando Chrome. Ho contattato l'assistenza che ha risposto in maniera tempestiva ma non è stato risolto il problema. Le estensioni hanno funzionato correttamente ma il resto no. Avrei dovuto richiedere subito il rimborso e non aspettare nella speranza che la situazione migliorasse. Un vero peccato.
