I am trying to do a crossword puzzle with Spanish words but every time it tells me that the file is not correct.
I have followed the directions in the example file and also tried to generate the crossword through other services with the same words and it works. Has this happened to anyone?

Hi, the issue is most likely an encoding issue with the CSV file. It is recommended to use a UTF-8 encoded CSV file to ensure maximum compatibility with accented words.
