The reason being given is:

Based on our review, we won’t be accepting your submission for publication because the book(s) might result in a disappointing customer experience.

I have been chasing this down and getting the same response to all of my emails.

Based on our review, we won’t be accepting your submission for publication because the book(s) might result in a disappointing customer experience.

I have

  1. offered to make changes to fix - change titles/subtitles / change description etc.
  2. asked to have in unblocked so I can archive/delete them and continue with a clean account.

I have stated that I aim to have KDP be my primary source of income so the health of my account is very important to me.

I called US (I am in australia) and spoke to their customer service. They suggested that I keep publishing ensuiring that I am within guideines on all fronts and I should not be blocked. I did one more - immediately blocked.
I republished an recent book that was published last week before all this and it was blocked immediately also.

Any suggestions?

Thank you Corvin.

The first three were published together and are composition books.

Book 1
Title: Composition Notebook College Ruled Cowgirl Aesthetic | Rainbow Burst Boots
Subtitle: Boho Country Western Aesthetic | Cute School Supplies For Teens & College Students | 7.5" x 9.25" | 120 pages

I have realised that the repeating of the words in the title and subtitle are causing a problem, as well as some of the wording in my description.

I have emailed Content Review with a complete rewrite and even a new cover.
Title: Composition Notebook | 120 Pages | College Ruled | 7.5" x 9.25"
Subtitle: Colorful Retro Cowgirl Boots Design

I am waiting for a reply. It has been 48 hours so I am hoping this is a good sign. I hope!

I have decided to take the following approach -

  1. contact the CRT team about 1 book at a time.
  2. write to them with detail of a complete rewrite of titles desc and offer a new cover just in case.

I am hoping that if I can get onto a human Content Review Team member that is sympathetic to my case then I will be able to work through all of them.

Do you think this is a good strategy?
TIA

Can you give more information about the book and title? Hard to tell otherwise what the reason might be.
