Why a monthly usage limit added? Why the search results not as accurate as before?

As an annual fee-paying user, I have always logged into my account and conducted searches only on my own computer. I cannot accept such a fixed monthly limit on search attempts. Moreover, I have noticed that the search results displayed now are no longer as complete and accurate as before. I find this unacceptable.
