Hi there, if we use some of these puzzles (sudoku, Kakuro, number search) in a book published through Amazon KDP do we have to declare them as AI generated as they were created with SPT? My undesratdning is that if we use ai to edit or amnipulate something we created (ai assisted) then it doesn't need to be declared.

Puzzles are not AI generated. Computer generation and AI generation are two different things.
If you ask ChatGPT to write you a riddle or draw you a maze, that is AI generated. Using software to create puzzles is not AI generation of any kind, there is no artificial intelligence being used.
