Your KDP dashboard shows real-time sales data. You can track eBook and paperback sales separately and see which countries your sales are coming from.
To see your sales right on Amazon go here: https://kdpreports.amazon.com/dashboard
If you are using a third-party make sure you are aware of the access you are giving them to your account and book information.
