No Support?

Hi i'm just checking are these questions or tickets no longer checked or answered by proper support? I've had a support ticket open since 1st may. I've sent videos that were requested showing that my images move after pressing save and i also have uploaded images disappearing. All my follow up emails have not been responded to. Cleo also messaged me on facebook saying it would be sorted quickly. I'm not sure what else to do?

No we answer all support tickets daily. Please write a message on your last support ticket or create a new one. I do not see an open for unanswered for you.

Hello thank you - i have just sent a complete dialogue from 1st May from Support ticket 5751 including the videos someone at your end requested to see. Thank you.
