Is there a way to move the software permissions from my older SPT account to a new account?

I already have SPT account with the purchase of a few tools. Please look at the screenshot below.

My account ID is "[email protected]"

Now, I have lost access to my email ID [email protected].

I want to create a new SPT account with a new email to which I have access to.

Is there a way to move all my older account purchases to my newer account?
