Why am I getting this message: "Please purchase a plan to use this feature"when trying to use the TITLE creator tool. I am a paid subscriber, Pro Monthly Plan.

We have 3 subscription tiers (as clearly shown in our pricing page) You must have purchased a lower tier. You can always upgrade anytime and you will be credited with the amount you paid towards the lower one.
