May I ask why your customer support is nonexistent, especially when it comes to refunds?
I don't think this is being monitored anymore? I have asked the same question for months and created support tickets but not getting any replies?
I'm constantly asked to pay for what I have already paid for. I'm still waiting for products I've bought.
Please help.
