I have a book that`s been there for a few years, I would like to publish that book in French. Can I use the same cover " The title would be in French" same interior images the writing would be French. Is there any way I can tie it to the original.

Glad you asked here. Every question you post here will be answered.
Yes you can use the same everything just translated. You cannot tie these books directly to each other. What you can do is add them both to your Author Central account so they both show up under your author name page.
And then of course on your website, social media, etc, you can link to both of them.
