For some reason when using the app to check out my statistics for daily sales and what place I am in each category for my book launch, it does not show up. When I use the self publishing titans I can see this information for all other books. And in the past it showed up for me.
I contacted support and they referred me to here.
Please help, my launch is on the 15th and I really need this to work as my first book I have ever launched.
