I hope you're doing well. I'm interested in understanding how to optimize editorial strategies, and I believe your experience can offer valuable insights.

Could you share which book topics generate 80% of your revenue?
If you're not working in Non-Fiction, is there a strategic reason behind this decision?
With a team working full-time, 6 hours a day, how many books would you recommend publishing to maximize results?
Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm focused on learning and applying quickly.

Thanks in advance for your time, and best of luck with your projects!

For us most of our profits come from puzzle books and activity books. But our 2 single most purchase books are a cookbook and a graph paper notebook.

But best recommendation is trying lots of different types of books and see which ones you get the best results with (most organic sales) and then doing a lot of more that while testing out other books and niches.

So 1) Diversify your type of books 2) Double down on what works 3) Continue to try other books and niches and double down on others that work. 4) Keep going. KDP is longevity game.
